Had my car a month now and no problems whatsoever. When looking at the car, Mark just let's you get on, no pushy sales patter but answers questions you ask. Put 12 months MOT before picking it up and car also came with 18 months warranty . Very satisfied and would definitely recommend

We purchased a car from Cleveland car centre today, from start to finish the process was so smooth. They gave us a great price for our car and then waited for two weeks for us to pick our BMW X5 up, they got a great guy to come and fit a tow bar for us. The guys in the garage were so friendly and helpful, we will definitely buy our next car from them in the very new future. My Son bought his first car recently and I was understandably very nervous. Both guys at the garage were very empathetic and reassured me that the car would be thoroughly checked and safe to drive. When we picked it up, they had noticed a crack in the windscreen and pointed it out straight away. They arranged to have someone come to our home to fully replace the windscreen at no cost to ourselves. I can’t recommend this garage enough.

The most genuine, honest, professional car dealership i have come across. Excellent price for my part-ex...literally no quibbles. No pressure or the usual patter. Very positive experience full stop. I would happily come back to this dealership again in the future. A couple of minor issues were taken care of in a professional manner and with a minimum of fuss, none of which detracted from the excellent experience I had from start to finish.
